Why does Hive only offer transactional e-mail?
We know how hard managing an application can be and believe we can provide more value by focusing on it. We do provide consultancy services if you are looking for e-mail for your business.
Does Hive offer dedicated IP addresses?
Dedicated IP addresses are 5 Euro p/m and you must be on sending more than 250,000 messages per month to qualify.
Can I purchase additional dedicated IP addresses?
If you are on an plan that has a dedicated IP address, you can purchase additional IP addresses by contacting sales. Additional IP Addresses are 5 Euros.
What happens if I go over my plans monthly allowance?
Unless you have specified an overage limit with your Account Manager, messages will be held until the next billing cycle. You can purchase extra data blocks through your account manager.
Does Hive offer high-volume or custom plans?
Yes, we are offer high-volume and custom plans. Please get in touch with sales.
Does Hive offer discounted plans?
We only offer discounted plans to Not-for-profits and social enterprises. Please get in touch with sales.
Do unused e-mails roll over into the next month?
No, if you are under your message limit at the end of the payment cycle, the unused e-mails do not roll over to the next payment cycle.
What payment types does Hive accept?
At this point in time we only accept direct debit or PayPal, we are in the process of setting up subscription services.
